Wells Fargo (WFC) - Get Report CEO Tim Sloan is on Capitol Hill today facing tough questions from Senators about the bank's cross-selling scandal.
Jim Cramer says the Wells Fargo's culture was aimed at driving its stock higher and it is unclear how much that has changed.
After many years of being in business and journalism, Cramer says that he is very aware that he thinks what Wells did was wrong, but it doesn't mean anything until a prosecutor gets involved.
