Jim Cramer Says Business Leaders Creating Unity Where Some Politicians Failed

Corporate America swiftly started to put out statements following insurrectionists breaching the Capitol, throwing the building into lockdown with the nation's lawmakers, journalists, and other innocent citizens locked inside. 

J.P. Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon condemned the violence that took place on the grounds of the Capitol, which led to a woman being shot and killed and three others dying Wednesday night. 

The National Association of Manufacturers CEO Jay Timmons said, "The outgoing president incited violence in an attempt to retain power, and any elected leader defending him is violating their oath to the Constitution..." Timmons called for Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment, which would remove President Trump from office just two weeks before the inauguration of President-elect Biden.
