TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said Union Pacific (UNP) , which has exposure to Mexico, is positive on the current plans to modernize NAFTA.

Cramer spoke to Union Pacific CEO Lance Fritz on Tuesday's edition of CNBC's Mad Money.
