Jim Cramer said that Magellan Midstream (MMP) - Get Report will benefit from President Trump's executive order to move forward on the construction of two oil pipeline projects. The order will make it easier for TransCanda (TRP) - Get Report to build the Keystone XL pipeline and for Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) to build the final part of the Dakota Access pipeline.
