Amid the tragic engine failure on a recent Southwest Airlines (LUV) flight that resulted in a fatality, TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said this is a sad time for the airline.

"All the airlines are flush, they can buy more planes," Cramer noted. "The stock does look like it's breaking down."

Cramer said the airline "will be back."
