Jim Cramer on Cloud-Based Tech Stocks, Russian Hacking

Jim Cramer said Thursday's hearings on Russia's involvement in hacks around the U.S. election could set up a tense situation between the incoming president and Congress. 

"The main point of the hearings are to make Trump look a little ridiculous on his stance. This is McCain saying we're not going to be rolled here. Now, you can extrapolate that and say maybe there are going to be problems with tax reform, and that means the economy is going to slow," said Cramer.
