While the Chinese look to stimulate their economy, the US economy is booming, despite Fed tightening. That, along with the ability to find buyers and laborers outside of China are a few of the reasons the US currently holds the upper hand in the ongoing conflict. But with President Trump more focused on longer-term fair trade than near-term corporate profits, we could still be in for a bumpy road ahead.
