Stocks are taking a breather on Monday, especially after multiple straight weeks of gains, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.
"I think a lot of people feel that maybe this is a week where we're just going to be back [to worrying about a] trade war with China," Cramer said.
