The money coming out of European stocks flows into U.S. stocks, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

"People just interpret us as being somewhat related to Europe," Cramer said, referring to the hangover from Europe -- when European stocks fall, U.S. stock futures move lower. "I think the money coming out of Europe tends to come here [the U.S.]."
