Jim Cramer: The Industrials are not Going to Move Until Russia Does

TheStreet's Jim Cramer says that there are dueling calls Thursday between ISI and Russia. ISI is telling investors to buy multinational industrials however Russia is a big problem. Cramer says that there cannot be a move in these multinational industrials unless the situation with Russia is resolved since Europe is slowing down because of it. Even though Cramer likes the call and his charitable portfolio Action Alerts PLUS owns many of these industrials, Cramer clarifies that there cannot be a big move in the industrials until Putin and Merkel agree to something, perhaps a demilitarized zone or buffer. Cramer says that if NATO goes into the Ukraine, Putin will not let that stand.
