Penney (JCP) - Get Report and Home Depot (HD) - Get Report , according to TheStreet's Jim Cramer, who says consumers are spending more money on home improvement. Cramer says in the case of Best Buy, appliance and home theater sales trumped worries about gaming and cell phone sales. Cramer has been neutral on Best Buy, but he expects the stock will get some upgrades based on its results. Other companies, like J.C.
