Jim Cramer tells Stephanie Link that Apple, in its launch of the watch and mobile payments, really delivered in both a generational and a zeitgeist way. He says with Apple Pay, he was surprised to learn participating retailers include giants such as McDonald's and Whole Foods. As for the watch, he says it has long-term potential with its health and fitness app that caters to the younger generation's concerns with well being. Stephanie points out that both the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus will be out in time for the holiday season which means the quarter is likely to be ok and the holiday season very strong. Stephanie says even the bears are raising the numbers for 2015 and 2016 because that's when maybe the Apple Watch and Apple Pay really can make an impact. Cramer adds that for that reason, the Pacific Crest downgrade felt hollow to him.
