Stocks traded higher in intraday trading on Friday as Wall Street rebounded from the previous session's declines that came amid soaring coronavirus cases.
Stocks finished lower Thursday as a resurgence of the coronavirus worried Wall Street that new restrictions aimed at curbing the pandemic will lead to a halt in any economic recovery.
According to the COVID-19 Tracking Project, there were 1.4 million tests reported on Thursday, Nov. 12.
Over 150,000 cases were reported and 1,100 deaths were reported yesterday.
67,000 Americans are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.
