"Steve Easterbrook is one of the great executives because he has taken the franchisees and he has gotten them all fired up," Cramer says, adding that better morale among the franchise owners results in cleaner and more functional stores. "They have that better all-day menu that people love." Cramer thinks the stock is going higher. The company reported better-than-expected third quarter earnings and revenue on Friday.
