Should we worry that we're at a market top? TheStreet's Jim Cramer says 'there are so many stocks that are now down back to the levels of 2013 that I see opportunity but the malaise is palpable.' He goes on to say that 'until we see real bankruptcies in the oil patch, until we see a nation like Brazil have a true run on the reserves, until we see China break definitively through the 3500 level, we're going to be in this' for a while. Another way to look at this, Cramer says, 'is if we actually had [Fed Chair] Janet Yellen come out and say, listen, you know what, we can't tighten, we can't tighten because of all this world chaos, we'll see you in 2016. Those things can turn things around, the bad has to happen first and then the good occurs.'
