Oil field services giant Schlumberger (SLB) predicted the rise in oil prices, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

Cramer points to commentary by CEO Paal Kibsgaard on recent quarterly earnings calls pointing to a balance of oil supply and demand.
