Jim Cramer Says WhiteWave Could Be the Next Takeover Target

TheStreet's Jim Cramer says WhiteWave would be a great addition to food makers like Kellogg, General Mills, Mondelez or Nestle in 2015. Cramer says the food producers are 'pantry brands' that need to freshen their product by buying a company like WhiteWave. Cramer says WhiteWave's focus on plant-based food and natural and organic foods is something that a lot of the other food producers are lacking. WhiteWave is moving aggressively into China and Cramer says that's important because plant-based milk is cheaper than cow milk and there aren't any concerns about the supply chain. Cramer believes WhiteWave wins big on earnings and would also win big if it is acquired.
