Celgene has been in a decline but the company could have $15-$16 earnings power in a couple of years, says Cramer, and it is cheaper than Merck and Pfizer. Cramer is also watching Salesforce.com, which has seen a shrinking multiple since it reported a great quarter. If Celgene and Salesforce turn around, money will come back to high-growth from value names.
