Jim Cramer says Walgreens (WBA) - Get Report is getting a much better deal for Rite Aid (RAD) - Get Report now than a week ago and he expects the deal to be approved in July. Cramer says, "My instinct would be that if the market wasn't down as much as it is today, Walgreens would be up a lot."
