Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report is marking its tenth anniversary, but TheStreet's Jim Cramer is worried about the company's growth. Cramer's Action Alerts PLUS charitable trust holds a small position in Twitter, and he thinks the company could do better. 'They do not have a Netflix (NFLX) - Get Report -like customer service,' said Cramer, who believes Twitter should provide that service to anyone with a large following.  Cramer said his own Facebook (FB) - Get Report following is showing growth, which he's not seeing on his own Twitter account. He also takes issue with the negative comments that circulate on Twitter. Earlier on The Today Show, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey discussed how Twitter doesn't censor negative comments. Twitter stock is down sharply so far this year on concerns about user growth. TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler has more from the New York Stock Exchange.

At the time of publication, Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS held no positions in stocks mentioned.
