The Federal Reserve's policy-making committee will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Fed watchers will be looking for clues as to when the Fed will hike interest rates when Chair Janet Yellen holds a press conference Wednesday afternoon. Jim Cramer says the Fed should do nothing. Cramer says rates are already creeping up and they will go higher by themselves as a matter of course, adding: "I don't fear the Fed as so many other people do." Cramer says most of the data involving hiring has been weaker, Europe and China have also been weaker; this is a worldwide economy so there's no real reason for the Fed to do anything.
