Jim Cramer says every time we try to get traction and get a rally going, there's an Ebola story. He says it's the number one issue to the stock market because it has to do with confidence - confidence in the government, confidence that the CDC really knows all the ways the disease can be transmitted, confidence that there is a real plan to be able to contain it. Cramer says as long as we don't have that confidence, it erodes the ability to mount a serious rally. He says when you do get a rally it's ok to lighten up your positions until the risk associated with this factor, Ebola, is checked off. So if there's a rally, Cramer says take advantage of it.
