What should investors do when they need to sell off some of their portfolio?

Jim Cramer was asked by an investor what they should do when they need to sell off their portfolio for some cash? Would that merit selling off the high-performing names?

Cramer said no. In fact, what investors should be doing is selling off the worst names in their portfolio.

"Sell your worst to fund your best," he said.
