Jim Cramer Says Panera's Remake is Working

Jim Cramer says he's a fan of Panera (PNRA) and would be a buyer of the stock.  Panera is set to report earnings on Tuesday, and ahead of that, two Wall Street analysts lowered ratings on restaurant stocks. But Cramer says those are macro calls, and he likes Panera, noting the company's remake is working.
