TheStreet's Jim Cramer is feeling optimistic about the stock market and says next week may be a good buying opportunity. Cramer says 'a lot of the Down is in a down trend and we know that the dollar, if it continues to go higher, will make it so the earnings estimates are too high for a lot of the internationals.' But, he says, 'the dollar has started to go down versus the euro and that makes me encouraged.' Cramer points out that we still don't have a lot of inflation and if the Fed were to come out and say that the rate hikes are on hold, you're going to wish that you started to buy something next week. He says, 'I'm not as negative as other people in part because I've been saying over and over again the set up looked bad because rates were a little bit too high and the dollar was too high but prices have come down. I am more sanguine than I was when stocks were higher.'
