Jim Cramer says Italy's referendum on Sunday on whether to streamline the national government could have broader implications for the country's participation in the EU. Cramer says, "Italy has been the biggest gainer from the euro, other than Germany. If there was a chance that any country was going to go bust, it was Italy. They got saved by the central bank. So, if they are really going to do this, it would be foolish because they got saved. Or, maybe you would just say they are ungrateful."
