Jim Cramer Says He's Inclined to Say Comcast Had a Decent Quarter

Jim Cramer says while some investors were happy with Comcast's (CMCSA) - Get Report latest quarterly report and some were not, he's inclined to say Comcast did ok. Cramer says, "my inclination is that it was not a bad quarter at all." But, Cramer says that because he talked about Comcast, he's now prohibited from buying shares.
