Jim Cramer Says Get GoPro Stock Ahead of Secondary Offering

GoPro announced late Monday that it will have a secondary offering of 10.4 million shares. Jim Cramer says the short is so big here, there isn't enough stock around to be able to meet the demand of the short-sellers. He thinks the shorts are panicking ahead of the secondary, realizing that they're not going to be able to get enough of the 10 million shares and so they're buying the stock in advance. Cramer believes GoPro can go higher as the holiday season will be a strong one for the digital camera maker. He says it would make sense for investors try to get stock ahead of the deal but now we're talking about a trade, not an investment.
