Jim Cramer Says Europe Is Coming Back

TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is optimistic on Europe's future. 'I don't want people to take Brussels for what's going on in Europe,' Cramer said. 'The actual numbers, case-by-case, country-by-country, are getting better in Europe and a lot of that is [ECB President] Mario Draghi's work.' While some think the possibility of added borders in Europe could disrupt commerce, Cramer said Europe's banks are getting healthier.
