TheStreet's Jim Cramer says keep an eye this week on speeches by Federal Reserve presidents, because they may create a downdraft in the market, which would give investors an opportunity to buy their favorite stocks. If stocks retreat, Cramer recommends buying names like Edwards Lifesciences (EW) - Get Report , Facebook (FB) - Get Report , and Alphabet (GOOG) - Get Report . Cramer noted Facebook was downgraded today, which also provides an opportunity to buy. He said if the dollar stays weak, investors will regret not buying stocks on a dip. Cramer is portfolio manager of the Action Alerts PLUS charitable trust. Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari and Boston Fed President Eric Rosengren speak on Monday, and several other Fed Presidents speak later in the week.

At the time of publication, Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS held no positions in stocks mentioned.
