Jim Cramer believes Arconic (ARNC) - Get Report CEO Klaus Kleinfeld could face a big challenge by activist investors ahead of a Feb. 5 nominating deadline. Cramer says, "I believe there will be a serious challenge to Klaus Kleinfeld and there could be others that could leap to the floor to challenge management." Cramer believes the quarter could be good because the company has already guided earnings expectations lower. "There is a restive shareholder base, and in those situations i think you want to be in it, not out of it," says Cramer.
