TheStreet's Jim Cramer said he's not expecting a good quarterly report from Alcoa (AA) - Get Report when the company reports quarterly results on Monday, but he said a ruling on aluminum from the ITC, expected soon, could have a positive impact on the stock. Cramer said, 'Think about it, if they discover the Chinese are aluminum dumping and they put on a tariff on Chinese aluminum, what would that do to Alcoa's stock?' His gameplan is to buy shares of Alcoa if they dip on Monday after the company reports.
