Jim Cramer: Samsung Should Simply Admit Its Phone Is Flawed
Samsung should simply admit its new phone is defective instead of being so secretive, says Jim Cramer.
Samsung should simply admit its new phone is defective instead of being so secretive, said TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Cramer said the company has been handling the "fire phone" recall all wrong. In his view, the company has seriously damaged its credibility and needs to change its public relations tactics as soon as possible. It is a wiring problem, not a phone problem per se. He said he always had great respect for Samsung but it has been diminishing over the course of this product crisis.
