TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer shares his latest take on shares of General Electric (GE) - Get Report , which are down 6.6% since the start of the year. "GE is perceived as a company that doesn't have what it takes as it's currently configured to be able to really do as well as some of the other industrials, because the orders were weaker," Cramer said, adding that Honeywell (HON) - Get Report and United Technologies are performing better than GE. Shares of GE rose 2.3% on Monday as part of a broader market rally.
