TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said it's a mistake to sell shares of General Electric (GE) - Get Report as its new CEO John Flannery takes over on August 1 and will provide a reset for the industrials giant. 

"Flannery is going to do a good job assessing what he needs to change," Cramer said.
