TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer was surprised to see Twitter (TWTR) - Get Report shares spike as much as they did following the appointment of its new chief financial officer Ned Segal.
Twitter shares are up 3.5% in midday trading Wednesday.
