Judge Richard Leon's 172-page opinion from the AT&T (T) Time Warner (TWX) merger was "very condescending" to Makan Delrahim, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

Delrahim is the Assitant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and lead the government's case against the merger.

Judge Leon ruled in favor of AT&T and cleared its purchase of Time Warner.
