TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer loved the 15% return on equity figure at Goldman Sachs (GS) - Get Report , which reported earnings on Tuesday. He was also pleased with the bank's trading revenues, which grew double-digits year over year.

Still, the stock moved lower on Tuesday.

"[Investors are saying] there was great volatility - we know that from what happened in February - and is this what you got?" Cramer said, adding that he expects Goldmans' results to be further boosted by the continuing volatility in the stock market.
