Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk has made a series of ill-advised moves, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

"We have to question his stability," Cramer noted. "I think it's no longer about a man who's a great visionary."

Musk smoked marijuana during a video interview with comedian Joe Rogan.

Tesla's chief accounting officer Dave Morton has also left the company after just one month on the job.
