Jim Cramer: Qualcomm Is Too Beholden to Apple

Amid news that  Qualcomm (QCOM) - Get Report is suing Apple (AAPL) - Get Report , TheStreet's Jim Cramer said the semiconductor company is too beholden for Apple and that's why they purchased  NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) - Get Report. "That deal needs to close," Cramer said.
