Jim Cramer breaks down why now is the time for Palo Alto Networks (PNW - Get Report) to make acquisitions, despite the volatile market.

Cramer explained that, despite the market, Palo Alto Networks CEO, Nikesh Arora, is trying to go up against Cisco.

"Well, I think Nikesh [Arora] or the CEO is an inquisitive fellow and he's not looking at the market and he's just saying this is a good product to add to my suite. Well, the thing in order to go up against Cisco (CSCO - Get Report) , you need [the CEO] to round up Cyberark (CYBR - Get Report) and Proofpoint (PFPT - Get Report) and that's not what he's going for," she said. "We're going to have a very thorough analysis or throughout the day of Palo Alto. We had an emergency meeting obviously this morning and talk about it cause I was none too happy. But, I think it could clarify a lot of things."
