Oil has been rallying along with stocks, but investors need to be wary about putting too much faith in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, said TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Cramer said that optimism about a potential OPEC deal to cut production has pushed oil to near $50 a barrel. But he cautioned that the OPEC deal could fall apart again, sending oil lower. Then the whole cycle might start all over again.
