Cramer says if Twitter is focused on users and not advertising, then the stock should be valued on earnings and should be lower. On the other hand, Cramer says the "sky is the limit for Yelp." Yelp has leverage because it doesn't cost a lot of money for the company to add ads and subscribers since the content is user-generated and free.
