Investors are waiting to see what Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell says in his press conference Wednesday afternoon, according to TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer.

The markets widely expect the central bank to announce a hike to short-term interest rates on Wednesday, which would be the second increase of 2018.

Cramer is watching shares of Goldman Sachs (GS) ahead of the Fed meeting.
