Jim Cramer on United Airlines: Oscar Munoz Made a Mistake

TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer said United Airlines (UAL) - Get Report CEO Oscar Munoz made a mistake by issuing a tone deaf statement to employees about the video that surfaced showing a passenger being dragged off a plane. 

"The company didn't do itself any favors by putting out a release which did not talk about the customer," Cramer said, referring to Munoz's letter to employees, which was spread on social media. "Oscar Munoz is a very good guy."

Cramer said Munoz has been turning the airline around.
