United and Delta Air Lines (DAL) are very inexpensive -- Southwest Airlines (LUV) is the best run," Cramer said. United's Munoz is a great manager and is turning the company around. Cramer said American Airlines (AAL) is facing some transition issues. So that's the airline in which he is least comfortable. United Continental shares rose 3% on Tuesday.
