TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is fond of United ContinentalHoldings (UAL) CEO Oscar Munoz. "I think the airlines are inexpensive. United and Delta Air Lines (DAL) are very inexpensive -- Southwest Airlines (LUV) is the best run," Cramer said. United's Munoz is a great manager and is turning the company around. Cramer said American Airlines (AAL) is facing some transition issues. So that's the airline in which he is least comfortable. United Continental shares rose 3% on Tuesday.
