Jim Cramer on Ulta Beauty: The Momentum People Have Left the Building

TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer reveals an important sign that shares of Ulta Beauty (ULTA) - Get Report have hit a bottom. 

"When they reported a quarter that was disappointing, the stock went up," Cramer said. "That's the sign that the momentum people have left the building."
