Jim Cramer says Twitter needs to be sold soon so Jack Dorsey can focus on the job of running Square.

'Twitter is doing a lot to make it so that it looks like a better acquisition candidate,' Cramer said. 'Jack Dorsey hasn't been running the company long enough.' Cramer also pointed out that Square (SQ) - Get Report , which Dorsey also runs, needs his undivided attention, because 'it has become a credit company.'
