TheStreet's Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer says that while resigning Uber CEO Travis Kalanick was the "pioneer" that got the rides-sharing service to where it is today, the company now needs an "operator" to get things running smoothing. "They need something who can be less erratic and be more sensitive to the way business is done," Cramer said.
