While the market seems to be shrugging off trade worries for now, TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer is "constantly" worried about China.

Cramer pointed to investors dismissing Estee Lauder's (EL) downbeat guidance Monday, which came amid worries that China may issue tariffs on U.S. cosmetics.

"I'm constantly worried about China," Cramer noted. "There is a belief that, you know what, we're going to get through this thing."
